Rise and shine! How are you doing today? We didn't realize that We haven't been posting that many workout videos in the last few months! Get ready though because Content Creator is filming a bunch for wellness month in November.
So many of you ask what the workout routine is and honestly it really depends. Something The content Creator has learned this year a lot is to listen to the body and feel what it needs. At the moment We love doing a combination of pilates two times a week and some more strength/ hit training two times a week.
For wellness month We want give you this combo as well so We will be filming all sorts of videos. But We do have a question for you, what is the ideal length of a workout video? Do you enjoy the short ones or longer ones?
