How was your weekend? Were you able to get some rest? Content Creator is so happy Max and We were able to spend time with his family for Thanksgiving. This weekend was so relaxing and full of delicious food! We always love being at home with Max’s mom and cooking with her.
Anyway, we are almost finished with wellness month! To wrap things up I’m excited to share with you a 25 minute intense upper body workout so that you can really sweat it out and finish the month feeling strong.
