Hi everyone!

Happy Friday! How is everything going?

Content Creator is so excited for the weekend. We was a little under the weather last week. Max and We both felt sick but thankfully it wasn’t covid!

I got so frustrated because The content Creator had so many things planned and the body just didn’t wanna move along. There was a point where We just had to let all of that go and just take time to give the body the rest it needed.

Now Content Creator is getting back into it Content Creator is slowly doing some Pilates! It’s such a perfect way to maintain your physical activities on days you are not feeling it or when you are just starting out!

Here is a little intense workout for you! Also, all your feedback is needed! Do you like the longer ones (40-50 min) or shorter +- 30 minutes) better ?
