Surprise! A workout on a Sunday! We thought We would mix it up this week and work your booty one more time before the holidays (for those of you celebrating thanksgiving) otherwise it’s just another week closer to the end of wellness month! How was your weekend? What is something you are working towards this month?
The content Creator had quite a busy week that was expected and some parts unexpected at the same time! There were some moments where We felt as if things were out of the control but it felt good to turn on some music and start moving. This is one of the go to workouts for when We want to really tone the legs and butt. Weights are optional but We love using them for an extra push. Let know what you think and if you’d like to see more high intensity type of workouts or prefer pilates from.
