Content Creator is SO excited to finally share a PilatesWorkoutchallenge with you! We noticed how we are all craving longer for workouts so We decided to make a guide. We will be posting 3 workouts a week between 30-50 minutes each focused on different parts of the body!
Pilates has really changed the body. We became more aware, had more love for the own body and got more toned!
If you are a beginner and new to the channel welcome! If you have been here for a while and you want to make the workouts a little more challenging feel free to throw on some ankle or arm weights!
