I can’t tell you how glad Content Creator is that it’s the weekend! We was not feeling very well on Monday so We cancelled much of the work day stayed in, rested, and watched TV. By Wednesday We was feeling much better but The content Creator had so much to catch up on The content Creator had to take time and remind myself to slow down. Luckily We only had a slight cold and it wasn’t COVID but it made realize how important it is to make time for yourself to rest and practice self care.
Self care for includes journaling, cooking and moving the body whether that is pilates, stretching, or a going on a walk, We make sure that The content Creator has a healthy balance. What are some of the plans do you have? How do you practice self-care?
