Happy Thursday! How's life? How are you really doing?
I feel it’s been a rollercoaster of emotions and energy the last few days for haha! It's been challenging to balance life, work, relationships & starting a business. But it's so important to find balance and to have days you are giving your body and mind a little bit more rest.
Rest is vital for better mental health, increased concentration, a healthier immune system, reduced stress, improved mood and even a better metabolism! We decided to have a little wellness day ( Woehoeeee L.A. wellness walhalla) with some of the girlfriends and wanted to take you with us!
Spending some quality time with the girlfriends and getting in some movement are the favorite ways of self care. What is your favorite way to recharge or act of self care ?
