How are you doing? Content Creator is so excited for the weekend! Coachella is coming up and We feel it’s been such a long time ago that The content Creator has visited any festival.

Do you still remember the first Coachella vlog video? Feels like a lifetime ago. It will be so fun to spend some time with friends and just dance, sing and let go!

I feel it’s all about this balance. Some weeks We wake up everyday very early & work a lot and sometimes We create time to do fun things, indulge and have fun!

Also while Content Creator is prepping for the looks We wanted to share one of the new favorite Carrot Bread recipes! This is delicious to have as a healthy snack, breakfast or dessert!

Carrot Cake Loaf Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ⅓ cup melted and cooled coconut oil
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ⅔ cups superfine blanched almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves
- ⅛ tsp fine sea salt
- ¾ cup finely grated carrots
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- organic raisins, no sugar added (optional)
