- 50g oats
- 1/2 pack mini jammy dodgers
- 10g sugarfree jam
- 75ml water
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 15g @myprotein whey protein
- half a banana

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. In a bowl, mash the banana then add the protein powder, oats, baking powder and water. Mix together
3. Pour into a ramekin and top with the jam and jammy dodgers
4. Cook for 10-12 mins

Ingredients (for 4):
- 400g chicken mince
- 1 TBSP italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- 40g golden breadcrumbs
- 80g light mozzarella
- 80g chunky veg pasta sauce
- 4 burger buns
- 20g parmesan cheese

- 8 stand & stuff old El Paso tortillas
- 520g chicken breast (I used @musclefooduk)
- 120g red pepper
- 400g chunky veg pasta sauce
- 2 TBSP nandos bbq seasoning
- 80g reduced fat cheddar
- 80g mozzarella

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. Slice up the pepper and chicken breast
3. Fry off the chicken until it’s slightly brown then add the peppers and fry until soft
4. Pour in the pasta sauce and nandos seasoning
5. Leave to simmer for 10 mins
6. Divide the mixture between 8 tacos then top with the 2 cheeses
7. Cook for 5-10 mins until crispy
