2. Deadlifts
Superset 2:
1. Hip thrusts
2. Split Squats
Superset 3:
1. Single leg deadlifts
2. Zumo deadlifts
Superset 4:
1. Lataeral walks
2. Fire Hydrants
I finished off with some abs:
1. Weighted V-ups
2. Reg. V-ups
3. Swimmers
