Heres a glimpse of the healthynighttimeroutine after We finished the work for the day! We really enjoy reading and spending less time on the phone. A lot of people dont know this but Im not great at texting, We love phone calls way better but a lot of times that doesn't work for everyone haha. As ive gotten older We found myself using the phone less. Ending the nightwith prayer is the most important end to the day.
