Soup recipes

As mentioned in the video - these recipe’s are from a danish cookbook called “Ayurveda” created by Zennie Storm- the woman who helped the mom and We go on the Aruveda Retreat

Brocoli soup

1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
1 onion (chopped)
1 scallion (chopped)
1 broccoli (chopped)
1 tbsp thyme leaves
1 dl frozen peas
1/2 bouillon with 500 ml water OR 500 ml vegetable stock
1-2 tbsp tamari

Spinach soup

1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
2 onion (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tsp ginger (chopped)
1 parsnip (chopped)
500 ml water with 1/2 bullion or 500 ml vegetable stock
3 big handful of fresh spinach
1-2 tbsp tamari


Beets Soup

2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
2 celeri sticks (chopped)
350g beets (chopped)
1 apple (chopped)
500 ml water with 1/2 bullion or 500 ml vegetable stock
1 lemon (the juice only)
1-2 tbsp tamari
