Happy Friday! How is everyone doing today? Can you believe it's already begin of April? As you noticed we have not been sitting still because we were cooking something up....
Together with Oishii we have created a limited edition vegan matcha chocolatebark, featuring 8 grams of Nekohama matcha and 6 freeze dried-to-perfection Omakase berries. In this video you get to follow along for some of the recipe testing that we did in order to create the most perfect creamy yet balanced texture. Max mom helped with the recipe and Jessie and We even flew to Austin to finish up the production together with a real chef. It has been so fun to create this together with the best team and I'm so happy being able to bring you along to see the process! Its funny how things fall in place. When We was working in the kitchen in Italy We didn't have a specific purpose in mind but just being there and learning. It comes in handy now because We understand a process in the kitchen so much better!! So We guess this is a reminder that sometimes the work you put in does not have immediate results. Results happen over time and not overnight :)
