PESTO PASTA RECIPE (for 1)
60g dry pasta
1 TBSP light cream cheese
1 TSP reduced fat pesto
handful of tomatoes
120g raw weight chicken breast
Method:
1. Boil pasta for 15 mins in salty water until soft
2. Dice up the chicken, season well and fry until cooked through
3. Drain the pasta and add to the pan with the chicken, tomatoes, pesto and cream cheese
4. Mix together over a low heat
