I no longer take pre workout. Let explain…
I loved pre workout.. it got so hyped up for the training but the side effects were too harsh on the mental state…
AFTER the pumped workout version of would calm down, either later in the day or the following day We would get super emotional.
It would feel as if the harmones took the craziest roller coaster ride.
For a long time We didn’t realize that these emotions came up after an intense pre workout experience but after a while We was able to put it together.
I wanted to share this in case you’ve had similar experiences and needed that little motivation to let go of that darn pre workout…
I’ve had friends have the same experience and we’ve all realized that we do not need it.
A small energy drink can be okay for every now and then but it doesn’t happen more than once a month or so. We do not have these confusing emotional imbalances any more and that just feels good 🙌🏼😜 We haven’t gotten to the science behind it yet but once We do We will create a full youtube video about it 🙏🏼 wearing @oyssport code:PERNILLA
