I know that you may be working 12 hour days, that you have kids and that life just seems to continuously get in the way… So We want to share something with you..

When We was kid the mom worked a full time job and had 3 small children. Instead of using this as an excuse not to exercise, every morning she would jump on her bike (in COLD Denmark) and first cycle to kindergarten and school and then bike to and from work (10-ish miles total) to get her body moving on a daily basis. It taught that where there is a will, there is always a way when it comes to exercise.

When moving your body on a daily basis becomes a non-negotiable, no excuse will be able to get in the way of you doing the things that make you feel at your best both mentally and physically. If you have time for Netflix at night and you know that a little exercise would make you feel better, see if you can get to bed 30 min earlier and move for a bit first thing in the morning to set yourself up for success for the day 💪🏼 you got this 🙌🏼
