Happy first week of spring! How is your week so far? We definitely feel way more motivated after the daylight savings. We love to have the sun up for a couple of more hours because it gives so much more energy!
Anyway, many of you have requested shorter yet effective workouts. This workout is a 15 minutes fullbodypilatesworkout. It targets your whole body and is made to fit busy schedules. Sometimes all we have is 15 minutes during the day to just focus on ourselves and this workout will be well worth it. On days when We feel low on energy or We just have so much going on We love a shorter workout myself. Let know what you think and if you want to see more express workouts in the future!
