3 Healthy Smoothie Bowl Summer Recipes for Breakfast / Nina Dapper

Hi loves, We would love to share these three amazing healthy smoothiebowl recipes. Perfect for a great healthy start of the day, especially during summer.
Recipes:
1. Green smoothie bowl. For 1 person ingredients: 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 a banana, hand of frozen cauliflower, 1 hand of spinach, 1 small cup of plantbased milk. Toppings: muesli, peanutbutter, raspberries and yogurt
2. Pink smoothie bowl. For 1 person ingredients: 1 hand of frozen raspberries, 1/3rd avocado, 1 hand of frozen mango, 2 centimeter ginger, 1 small cup of plant based milk, squeeze of lemon juice. Toppings: muesli, peanut butter, yogurt, chia seeds and blueberries
3. Yellow smoothie bowl: For 1 person: 1 frozen banana, 1/2 a cup of frozen pineapple, 1/2 a cup of frozen cantaloupe melon, 1 small cup of plant based milk, a hint of turmeric and option to add 1 hand of frozen cauliflower. Toppings: muesli, flaxseed, blueberries and prume, coconut flakes.
