30 MIN Lower Body Pilates Workout | Booty Burner, Day 2 Challenge | No Equipment

I hope you enjoyed the first workout of the challenge and you are ready for number 2! Todays workout is focused on the lower body so really working those glutes and booty! If you want to make it a little more challenging, feel free to put on some small ankle weights or an elastic band for more resistance!
