Ngredients for 1 big jar Granola:

-2 cups puffed millet ( or any other puffed grain)
-1/2 cup chopped pecan nuts
-1/4 cup shaved almonds
+ 3/4 tsp turmeric
-1/2 tsp ground cardamom
-3/4 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 can coconut milk
-1/4 cup coconut sugar
-1/3 cup maple syrup

1.Start making the vegan caramel, place a small pan on low heat and add coconut milk and coconut sugar. Let this slowly cook for about 25-30 minutes and keep stirring until
its golden and has smooth texture.
2. Add puffed millet, pecan nuts, shaved almonds, all the spices and baking powder to a bowl. Stir.
3.Add the vegan caramel when its done and maple syrup. Lay out on baking tray and bake for 15 minutes on 350F or 180C .Flip the granola half way.
4.Let it cool and enjoy! Bonus tip: ( if you want to use the whole can for the caramel, you can use 1 can coconut milk and 1/2 cup coconut sugar and use half of the caramel for
the granola and store the other half in the fridge and have caramel on hand! Delicious as topping or spread)
