The truth is, We often do not FEEL like it either…But here’s the trick 👇🏼⁣

The content Creator has gotten clear on the goals and who We deep down want to be and so The content Creator has made a commitment to myself that We will not allow the feelings win the battle when it comes to working out. When We ask myself whether We will feel better or worse AFTER having put in the work at the gym, if the answer is that We will feel BETTER We know that it is just the fear of getting uncomfortable that is taking over the emotions. The more in the habit you become, the easier it get’s to win this battle… If you are just starting out, remind yourself of that, and that getting into the habit is the most challenging part. Once you’ve created the habit and it has become a part of your identity, it will get easier to no longer allow how you FEEL, determine whether or not you move your body or not. And then of course include rest days, but plan that beforehand so that you do not have to even ask yourself whether or not you are working out on a given day ♥️💪🏼⁣
