Welcome back to a new video! first What We eat in a Day in the new kitchen!
I just wanted to take a little moment and reflect back on this whole journey. We still remember We started sharing some of the recipes through the earliest what We eat in day videos ( smoothies and granola, anyone remember? ) when We just started Youtube about 3-4 years ago.
I was kinda trying out new things and had no idea what the real passions was. Through all your support, questions, requests and enthusiasm around healthy dishes and recipes, We found the passion through cooking. We have learned so much over the last year and something we discovered together is the importance of food and it’s need to nourish the body, be delicious & tasty at the same time.

Breakfast muffin: - 1 egg - 1 ripe banana - 1 cup almond flour - 1 tbsp maple syrup - vegan chocolate chip cookies - Splash vanilla - pinch of cinnamon - 1/3 tsp baking soda - 1/3 tsp baking powder Bake for 25 min in oven for 350 F or 180 C
Lunch: Peanut dressing: - 1/4 cup peanut butter - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp soy sauce - chili flakes and salt to taste
Gado Gado Salad: - spinach, carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, red bell pepper - 1 soft boiled egg - Peanut dressing - sesame seeds and coriander to top.
Poke Bowl: - Rice + rice seasoning - Avocado - Cucumber salad ( cucumber, chili flakes, red onion, vinegar , honey & salt) - Marinated salmon ( soy sauce, rice vinegar, coconut sugar, green onions, fresh ginger, red onion)
